By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Us
Three Daughters Market & Co. is a family farm and farm stand located in the western Twin Cities suburbs of Minnesota. We operate at threedaughtersco.com.
Farm Experience Bookings
When you book a farm experience with us, the following terms apply:
Reservations and Payment Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Spots are not held without payment. We accept payment through our secure checkout at time of booking.
No Discounts We do not offer discounts on farm experiences. Pricing is as listed. No exceptions.
Capacity We do not add capacity to full slots. When a time slot is full, it is full. We encourage you to book early.
Group Size Experiences accommodate groups of up to 4 guests or 2 adults and their children. Please book accordingly.
Cancellations and Refunds We understand life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations of your experience: no refund. You are welcome to send someone else in your place — please notify us in advance.
- In the event that Three Daughters & Co. must cancel circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Weather Farm experiences take place outdoors. We encourage you to dress for the weather. Experiences are held rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe, at which point we will contact you directly.
Guest Conduct
By booking, you agree that you and your guests will:
- Follow all direction given by farm staff
- Respect the land, the crops, the animals, and other guests
- Keep children supervised at all times
- Not bring pets unless explicitly approved in advance
We reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply to leave without refund.
Farm Stand Purchases
All farm stand sales are final. We are happy to address any concerns — reach us at contactus@threedaughtersco.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on threedaughtersco.com — including text, photography, and branding — is the property of Three Daughters Market & Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Three Daughters Market & Co. is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the property beyond what is required by applicable law. Guests enter and participate at their own risk. By booking, you acknowledge this.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date noted above.
