The lushness of a fully opened peony — the layered petals, the fragrance that fills a room, the way they make every other flower on the table stand at attention — is simply unmatched. And a peony grown in Minnesota soil, without chemicals, cut fresh that morning and carried to you the same day it was harvested? That is something truly special.

Our peony plants are settling in and growing strong on our Three Daughters farm. This is a crop that rewards patience — peonies take time to establish and time to bloom, and we are giving them exactly that. When they're ready, they will be worth every moment of the wait.
