Raw Minnesota Wildflower Honey

Raw Minnesota wildflower honey from our family's hives in Independence, MN.

We don't just keep bees — we plant for them. We sowed clover, field peas and oats on our land to feed their nectar flow, and they forage across our flower fields and the wildflowers and goldenrod around the farm. Our family tends the hives, harvests the honey, and bottles every jar here on the farm.

This isn't shelf honey. It's a small, curated harvest from one piece of Minnesota land, and the flavor shifts with the season — lighter and floral in early summer, deeper and richer when the goldenrod comes in.

— Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. That's a sign of quality, not spoilage. Set the jar in a bowl of warm water to bring it back. Don't microwave it.
— Not recommended for children under 12 months.

How to use it: On warm bread, in tea, over soft cheese, stirred into dressing, or straight off the spoon.
